Backstory:

My neighbour knows I'm into beer and brewing and recently found this old homebrew packet in his dad's shed. Most of the packaging is falling apart but it is still sealed and unopened. Does anyone know what it is/where it came from?

Only identifying marks I can get from the back of the packaging are "Robert (surname missing) Brewing."

All directions are in Imperial Measures.

I'll get a picture of the back of it tonight when I get home (the one I have here appears to have been taken with a potato).

Cheers

There's an ad in the National Library Archive for this stuff from 1924, from the Brisbane paper. Couldn't get the link to connect to the right part of the image though.

Bugger the museum, knock up a batch and have us round.

Historic beverage indeed....

Cheers,
