Hi all, I'm new here and wanted to introduce myself. I'm David - I've been brewing at home for 6 months now after the universe gifted me with a homebrew kit that my neighbour was putting out for hard rubbish collection. He had used his kit once and then he got ALS and his symptoms are progressed now that I'm making it on his behalf.

I'm a keen lover of German Wheat bier and have had a good run with that. I'm after a recipe for a Wakachangi Lager style beer, so if anyone can point me in the right direction I'd be a happy man!
