I am new to brewing, currently have a kit cider about to be bottled - my first! Tastes ok so far when testing

More into cider than beer but will try brewing a honey beer in the future.

I'm currently brewing my first cider as well. I've been a bit naughty though, I think I've sampled about half a litre at this point, a week and a half in.
