hello AHB! My name is Sid, and I thought I'd pop in and introduce myself.
I am the Chef de Cuisine at a restaurant/nightclub, and as such am no stranger to fermentation (intentional or... otherwise). I am here mostly to pick the brains of those who make mead, however I do plan to branch my hobby out to other drinks (I'm looking to tackle scrumpy, ginger beer down the line).
Anyway, that's about all I've got to say in an intro, will post again once my honey arrives (got 6kg coming from the great southern Forrest region... good times!)
