I'm in the greater Sydney area and very keep on mead and cider. I also do a bit of all grain brewing as well. I have two 30L steel temp controller fermenters and 2 1L small batch test fermenters for recipes.
I love mead, only made 1 batch so far and it impressed me so much I have to make more. I make cider quite regularly and have a recipe I'm really happy with.
Just dropped in to say hi while I browse around and see what there is to offer here.
