Have tried my hand at a few micro brewing kits with an ok outcome.
Hope to come here and learn more so my next brew will be better.
Thinking of a ginger beer next as I can never find a store beer woth enough bite.

Have you tried Crabbies Ginger Beer? (I think that's what it was called, got it from Dan's). I really enjoyed it over ice.
