Hazy/"Juicy" beer

If hazy beer is trendy then I'd have been the coolest kid on the block when I first started brewing. They all looked like mucky dishwater.

This bit stood out most of all to me:

Really? Shouldn't your beer reflect what you made it from and how rather than intentionally making it look murky to suit some flavour of the month trend?

I intentionally make mine clear for no other reason than I don't like the appearance of hazy beer. It alters my perception of the flavour for some reason; I find I enjoy the clear ones better.

But I couldn't care less about trends anyway, beer or otherwise.
