Hazy/"Juicy" beer

This bit stood out most of all to me:

brewers who have begun producing hazy beer intentionally
Really? Shouldn't your beer reflect what you made it from and how rather than intentionally making it look murky to suit some flavour of the month trend?
 
I intentionally make mine clear for no other reason than I don't like the appearance of hazy beer. It alters my perception of the flavour for some reason; I find I enjoy the clear ones better.

But I couldn't care less about trends anyway, beer or otherwise.
