Hi everyone,
I get around 4 bottles from each brew and keg the rest.
Never had this problem before. When I added some sugar to the 4 bottles they instantly gushed up like shaken coke ??
Brew was 23 days old and was a pretty straight Morgan's Australian Bitter.
Can of Morgan's,
500gm Light malt extract,
500gm Dextrose,
200gm Corn Syrup extract.
US-05 Yeast.
23 days in fridge at around 18deg.
What could cause this.
I have let the bottles settle and then capped them.
Wondering if they will explode ??.
Has anyone got any clues on this issue.
I am wondering if for some reason it was still fermenting but it should not have been after so long.
