All this stuff about efficiency and residual starch...sheesh! :huh:
I'll just stick to the web articles on part mashes and keep at it until I get a good feel for the mashing process!

Oh, and hopefully the beer will come out ok too!! ;)

That is the way

I only used the iodine test a couple times, it is only used untill you know your system etc
