I was after the grain database for promash mainly.

The one i have i missing some of the JW malts and doesnt list bairds malts.

I have sent maltcraft a few emails but its like they dont exist, they havnt upgraded their web site in years.

cheers folks :)

Ive got the same problems in my promash database. I contacted phil yates last week and he said that getting the maltcraft website up and running was a very low priority.

I did however manage to get some info i needed for one particular bairds malt from him. Maybe i mite email him again to see if i can get the whole bairds range for my promash database.

I will keep you posted.

Mudsta :beerbang:

....and you are forced to set evaporation rate as a percentage!

Some maltcraft data is available from the promash site. I don't know if it will have everything you are after but you can find it here if you don't already have that one:

Tony,

Download the free copy of beersmith - then you can get all the British & Aussie malt specs & copy them across to Promash.
While you're at it, give Beersmith a go - You might be pleasently surprised..

cheers Ross

ladies........ ladies...... put the nails away

I see that promash and beersmith is like blue and maroon at a state of origin match

I think they both have their merrits.

I find promash great. I like techno overcomplicated things though :D

Beersmith is a very easy format to use and i want to have a fiddle with it to see how it goes.

cheers all

Being a promash user, I'm having trouble getting the potential gravity figures for Joe White and Powells Malts. My beersmith trial has expired.

Could someone post these?

Cheers,
Jarrad

Have a look up. I posted the link where you can download the maltcraft update for promash. This includes Joe White malts.
