Got This 1 Brewing At The Moment

Im currently stirring this one at the moment.

1 tin pale goo
400 gms carafa
150 gms roasted barley
150 gms chocolate malt
200 gms old gold original chocolate

700 gms LDME
300 gms dextrose

15 gms fuggle 60mins
15 gms ekg 60 mins
15 gms ekg 15 mins

orange zest x 3 flame out.

at the moment its smelling insanely good

Looks like a nice one. When/where does the chocolate go?

Thinking I might like to do something like this soonish, is it possible to just use 2 x 1.5 LME instead?

Hi,

I steeped the grains over night, then brought it to the boil added the tin of goo, the chocolate and hops then boiled for ano hour. I only used a tin of Pale goo because I'm still relatively new at brewing. Can't see why you couldn't use 2 x 1.5 LME instead.

you could use the 2 x lme it would just push your SG up a bit and should work well
