Just wondering if anyone is producing keg-sized batches of ginger beer, using ginger beer plant as the yeast. If so, how long/how much did you need to culture it, to get enough to ferment the whole batch, can you/did it start like a normal yeast starter, how long to ferment? I want to make a nice solid ginger beer for Xmas and do it properly. There's a great recipe on the recipe db but I would prefer to make it with GBP over Brewers yeast!
