Hello everyone,
My name is Will and I've been in and out of brewing my own beer for about 15 years now. Just re-entered the excitement of brewing a week or so ago with a Coopers Dark Ale kit and kilo pack from Big W after about 5 years away.
When I was a single man, and I was not-so chunky drunky, I was brewing pretty regularly, and eventually finished up (around the time I got married... not sure if there is a coincidence there or not...) doing partial grain and even attempted a couple of all grain brews. Being a bit time and space poor now, I'm easing myself back into the game through kit and kilo's until I get the hang of it again.
Anyway, thanks for the forum and the good information and chat available.
