Been brewing and kegging for about 6 years and have finally started experimenting with different yeast and hops. Have even bought a fermenter fridge to help with my lagers. Have used this forum to help with my transition from the traditional extract kit user making ales. Thanks everybody for your tips. They have been very helpful.
