G'day Guys and Gals,
Great site - love it. Perfect for a newbie!
I've been distilling for well over 10 years and make a decent "Turkey" bourbon, so thought it about time I completed the trifecta and built a brewery. I'm building an all electric system using old kegs and my missus' work esky (I don't think she uses it anymore...) for my mash. Looking forward to getting stuck into some craft brews for summer.

Hi Mal,

Distillation of alcohol for consumption without the appropriate licence is illegal in Australia and as such we avoid discussing it here. Please feel free to talk about anything related to brewing and fermentation - everything from beer, cider, mead and even wine to korean pickles, miso and tibetan yoghurt is discussed here and welcome.

There are other sites where you can discuss other related but legally dubious activities.
Sorry for the wet blanket post but welcome all the same.
