Im Steve from brisbane I enjoy brewing beer and have started all grain with some pretty basic equipment, I have an oktoberfest in the fermenter fridge atm my first all grain lager.

Nice. Just about to brew my first lager on my new setup. I've gone from one ghetto to a better one

I only have a single fermenting fridge with temp. Controller and it's had the lager 5 weeks now so I'm running out of ale.
