Gday to everyone at AHB!,
My names Matty. Mates call me Matty Pilgrim. Located in Albany W.A. I've run off about 10 batches of specialty extract so far (adding different hops and trying different amounts of ingredients and yeasts). All my beers have turned out great so far. Last one to roll off was a nice 8.0% Pale Ale. I have been bottling and just about to start a keg setup to the bar when I get back home this swing. I feel confident enough now to move to all grain and will give my first batch a go in the next few weeks. I have my first attempt at growing Hops underway as well. Rhizomes went in two weeks ago. P.O.R and a Hallertau. I have joined AHB to get more knowledge and hopefully share some of my experiences.Thanks to everyone in advance for your help! Matty Pilgs.
