G'day all. Thanks mods for letting me join. I'm a total newbie beer brewer with just a basic kit of essential equipment at the moment. Got my first extract kit bubbling away in the bathroom right now. I plan to get a few extract batches under my belt, then possibly try AG in 12 months or so if I'm still keen by then. Looking forward to finding the answers to all of the noob questions that I'd otherwise be asking myself. Cheers!
