G'day to all here on the forum,
A real beer novice here, I'm usually into spirits. Never really liked beer apart from the odd stubbie from boutique breweries until I had some German Wheat Beer (Schoffhofer and Franzikaner) and loved the stuff !

With a bit of luck I'll be able to turn out something drinkable. Been having a little look around and there are some great topics, posts and links on this forum so I thought I'd better join up LOL.

Awesome, and welcome! You'll find plenty of threads here on the tips and tricks associated with wheat beers. I'm not the one to tell you what they are as it's a beer that seems to be always the bridesmaid and never the bride in my brewery, despite Dunkelweizen being among my favourite beers.
