New to home brewing, done heaps of research mainly on here.

I knocked out a few kits mid last year before packing up and moving. Now I'm back and keen to improve.

I enjoy mainly Hoppy Pale Ale's, but keen to explore more.

So far I have done 2 XXX gold style largers, Coopers Pale Ale clone, an experimental Coopers Pale Ale clone with lots of hops, 2 x Little Creatures wetpaks, and a basic Euro Larger; that all having been in storage since last September. Only just tasting now.

I'm bottling into glass, got a temp controlled fridge, 2 FV's.

Interested in kegs and BIAB but not just yet.

Searching for some good recipes!!!!

My 2c worth of advice is : - use no rinse sanitiser
- get quality kegs , not second hand ones
- temperature control importance
- if you want to go all grain , research the science behind it
- don't go too big in a system , unless you have lots of mates who drink it quickly
- try some unusual hops
- keep good records
Enjoy brewing and have brew days , some of the best beers I have made is just making it up as I go for the recipe, having
a couple of beers with friends as we make a batch of beer.
