Thought I would introduce myself. Im getting into extract brewing at the moment due to being restricted by the amount of space in my apartment. I started off using a 5L litre kit and have branched out from there.
Ive decided to increase my batch size to 11L because 5L just doesnt produce enough beer
I'll be doing my 3rd brew this weekend. A Mosarillo IPA. So fingers crossed it turns out ok.
Biggest challenges I face, is keeping the fermentation temps at a steady temperature in the 2nd bathroom and heating that much wort on the kitchen stove.
