G'day all,

I am a reasonably new brewer just put down 20 and 21 on Anzac day. So far only Kit and Kilo and some FWK. Just purchased the Big W 19L pot to start to do some partial extract brewing to see the difference before going either BIAB or AG. Really enjoying reading about other brewers experiments especially the chemistry side of it all. I have found this fourm to be very helpful. Keen for any tried and tested partial recipes anyone has floating around in their brewing brains to get me going next week. Live in Bundaberg so don't mind a tipple of rum every now and then aswell.

Nothing wrong with kit and kilo but BIAB is a good step.
