G'day gents,

Quick question regarding a GB I put down using real ginger root and honey. Bascially I put it down probably over a month ago and due to some laziness on my behalf and some unforseen circumstances (like being employed) I have yet to bottle! Do you reckon it will still be good to bottle, will the flavours etc have changed much?

Open 'er up and have a taste. I've left beers for a while (3 weeks after finished) and no ill effects..
