I recently tried my first FWK Amarillo Ale and loved it. As I Have just purchased a temperature control unit and plan to convert the old keg fridge to a fermenting fridge, I would like thoughts on doing the Brewers Selection - Bitter Ale as a lager. This is described on the craftbrewer site "An AG version of Qld's favourite Bitter" which I'm lead to believe is a lager.

Thanks
Dave

Cannot see any reason why not if you can get Lager temps in your new fridge setup or even use US-05 at its low end of about 17C should give a fairly clean flavour you are looking for.
