Why if you are going thorugh this exercise, dont you get 2010 crop?

I am getting my mate to check on the crop year. Waiting to hear back.

Why would you assume that they are not current year crop?

The hops will be 2009 crop.

Barry

Probably because of this. :p The 2010 US crop has just started to become available.

I'm in for the varieties in my previous message. We won't need enough to go it alone.

Barry, I would be keen for 250g of each if possible

Cheers

We are ready to go with the order of Centennial, Chinook, Citra, Simcoe, Amarillo and Cascade.

We have a few hops of each variety left if anyone is still interested.

It looks like I will get the 2009 hops (unfortunately 2010 crop is not available until February 2011 - too late for this buy) between XMas and New Year, and I will bag and send then. If you are going to be away, let me know a safe date to post to you. I wil lkeep them in the freezer until I send them out.

Cheers

ill grab some citra how much do you have left??

Can see that vacuum packer getting a good workout.

750g of Citra left.

The others are :

Centennial - 2.2kg
Chinook - 1.25kg
Simcoe - 1.1kg
Amarillo - 1.85kg
Cascade - 0.75kg

Cheers
Barry

PS the vacuum packer (and me) will get a good work out packaging all of these hops for you all. I will savour the moment, sniffing up the beautiful fruity hop aroma whilst sucking on a coldie (or 5) and packing the hops. I have an Imperial IPA about to go in a keg which might be an appropriate ale to suck on whilst packaging up this lot.

Did you want some? I have heard that they are very ordinary. I personally would not go there.

These hops are from Hop Union in the USA. Quality stuff.

Sorry can't help you with cheap Chinese alternative.

Barry

Amarillo - 1.05kg
Cascade - 0.45kg
