Has anyone from Brisbane been here?

They brew their own beer, but it's a micro/nano DME brewing system.... I've never heard of this in a commercial setting before?

Went there for a few pints before the Roar game a couple of weeks ago. Had some good beers on tap (Pirate Life Oatmeal Stout ) as well as their own, a few of which were pretty good.

It's no Brewski, but I think a welcome additon to Caxton Street nonetheless.

Obviously the DME doesn't stand for dried malt extract.
The only extract micro I've been to was Highland Chiefs in Geelong, tasted like a case swap offering from Yasmani.

Anything has got to be better than Casablancas, might check it out on the weekend.

Haha I originally thought the brand was called DME, but then the way they talked about the system I thought they were referring to dry malt extract. Glad to hear it's not.

I'm on the Gold Coast, but I'd love to get up there and check it out. It's exactly the type of thing I'd like to replicate if I got into that.
