I recently bought another used fridge for fermentation, and the fridge compartment was very weak while the freezer was strong. Upon reading this thread, i opened up the ducts and saw that most of the air was channeled to the freezer while the "leftover" air was channeled to the fridge. So i proceeded to tape and block all the outlets of the freezer so that all the cool air will be pushed towards the fridge compartment where the FV is.

Cant seem to find the thermostat at the top, and i have yet to open the bottom ducts as i have an FV in there at the moment. I hope that it should be just fine and improve the airflow and coolness.

I hate to say this, but the older fridges in the past were really powerful and cold... Newers ones take a long while to get cool, but i guess its about being green and energy efficient.
