Hey guys,

I have a fridge freezer combo with the freezer on the bottom.

Wondering if there's anyway I could level the temperature, maybe by drilling holes and put a fan in through the bottom of the fridge section in to the freezer. I got the fridge for free so it's no big deal to hack it up would love to fit another brew in their if I can level out the temperatures and be sure it can still get down to -1 degrees/

is this possible?

Thanks

Ferment in jerry cans, you'll be able to fit 2 or 3 in there
Then save the feezer for stocking up in hops

I just did this for my keg fridge. Same deal with freezer on the bottom. I cut a small square from the top and picked out the insulation. You have to be careful because there may be cooling lines in there (there was in mine). I just put a 12v computer fan in there, wired it to an old phone charger and let it go.

The STC probe goes in the bottom and with the fan running the temperature in the fridge and freezer is close enough.
