As per the pic, I have a porkett mil to give away. With a bit of elbow grease it has served me very well for my first 15 or so AG brews, I just recieved my monster mill (virgin brew mashing at the moment) and no longer need it. It would be a great mill for the new AG'r who wants to mill their own grain as required and hasn't or doesnt want to spend the money on a roller mill. Anyway its yours if you want it, pickup only from Karalee (near Ipswich). First in etc, pm for address and ph number if you're interested.

I've been using one of those since I started AG - close to 2 years and countless brews crushed. I sometimes lend it to a fellow brewer too.

Reliable little thing. I have just paid for a mill I can run with belt and motor but will be keeping mine (mine is a corona but basically identical) in case of failure. There's a lot to be said for hand powered.

Good on you for offering it up to another brewer for no profit.

yep, I figure the $40 it cost me has been saved by buying grain in bulk... plus if it offers entry to AG (for someone) then i'm even happier with that outcome. hopefully trussyd has a good many brews with it.

I've got one of these, anyone figured out a way to drive it with a powerdrill?

i reckon there'd be a way if you knew how to work with metal/steel, which unfortunately rules me out completely ;)

I'll take it if you still have it - I live in Karalee as well, easy pickup.
