Can someone confirm/correct my thinking about installing my FPHE.
If mounted vertically,
Wort In - Bottom
Wort Out - Top
Water in - Top
Water Out - Bottom
theory being to have fluids flowing in opposite directions? and wort going in bottom should alleviate air traps in wort?
