Hey all,
My 50l keggle has a socket welded in it for one of the old kegking 2200w elements.
The silicon washer for it has degraded and the element slowly drips from the socket.
Is there a recommend product to use that is a food safe thread sealer?
I've read a few forums on here regarding aquarium silicon etc. Just wasn't sure if it would work as a thread sealer.
Would i be best with a loctite type product? Or source a new silicon washer and hope that fixes it?
Any idea where i could get the silicon washer. Needs to be fairly thick, more that silicon bakeware.
Any ideas would be great.
