Making a stout today and accidentally used flaked wheat instead of flaked barley in the mash.

What effects, flavour or otherwise, will have on the stout? Around 900gms to a 24 litres batch.

No dramas, look forward to an awesome light tan, almost white head that you can lay a 5c piece on.

Last stout i made, i used 500g of cooked oats instead of FB and my head retention is absolutely f*cked!! might as well be a soft drink.. lol
I knew it was going to be trouble when i glugged the wort into the fermenter and there was no foaming :(

Never will i used cooked oats again.... must be the oil that excretes from the oats??? not sure... but all bad for me ...
