First Time Using Liquid Yeast - Wyeast 3068 - Weihenstephan

    Don’t wait seven days B&P, check the gravity reading now, if It hasn’t started pitch more yeast.

    I won't have yeast to pitch until early next week. I'll check gravity though

    3068 is best under pitched. Stress those little yeasties! That said I'd still check the gravity like razz said. 3068 has always been slow to start for me, you could try rising the temp to about 20C see if that helps.
