Hey all,
Long time reader, first time poster....
anyhow, I've been AG brewing for a couple of months off recipes and figured I'd make my own. what are your thoughts? I'm looking to have a "sipping" beer (if such a thing exists) something complex, hoppy tastes / aroma without over the top bitterness....
