Hi all,

I have been researching and learning heaps from this forum recently so cheers for all the valuable info!

Made my first two brews yesterday and am eagerly awaiting fermentation to begin. The first batch was the Beer O'clock Session IPA made as per the coopers website recipe and the second was a Canadian blonde with BE2 and 500g of LDM. Currently sitting at a stable 18 degrees, plan on leaving it there for 3 weeks before bottling.

Cheers,
Drew

Great stuff. Come back along the ferment and bottling/legging and keep us posted Drew. I've learned heaps from new folks like you and me drawing out comments from the experts on this forum. Good luck!

What type of bottles are you going to use if glass can be a pain to try and clean and sanitize when it time to bottle .
