First Ag Recipe

Howdy all,

About to pop my AG cherry soon. Recipe I have in mind is derived from Tony's B SAAZ/Amarillo Pale Ale.

5kg Ale - Golen Promise Malt ( Bairds )
0.5kg Caramalt Malt ( Barett Burston )
90gm of each, pellets, B Saaz & Amarillo

Opinions please.

If its your first recipe I'd be copying Tony's exactly - Plenty of time after for experimentation & by all accounts it's a great drop.
