Finnings Into Chilling Fermenter

Have just finished fermenting my latest AG ( a slight variation of Tony's LCBA clone) and have just put it into the keg fridge to try and clear the beer up a bit and also to pre chill before going into the keg. Just prior to putting it into the fridge I added a satchet of finnings.

My question is will the finnings work as well in the fridge as they do outside of it?

the colder the beer is, the better the finings will work.

I am about to add finings and I have my brews at 2 degrees. I was astounded at the difference it made to my beer.
