Hey guys,

Just put a beer down, and I've left the coopers fermenter on the kitchen on the table,

Got to take full advantage of this as I know it's only a matter of time till I'm kicked outside to the shed ;)

Is this ok? Or will, the light effect the process of fermentation kind of like when u bottle beer it should be somewhere dark,

Thanks

Ds

On the kitchen table to ferment is not a good idea, off to the shed for sure. However don't you have a corner somewhere where you can put it, or in the bottom of a wardrobe? Inside the home will be better for temp control than the shed if you don't have a method of temp. control.
Cheers

I did my first 8 brews on a side bench in the kitchen and it was fine. I just wrapped a big beach towel around it.
