Hi There.

At the start of this month (3/3) I made a batch of wheat beer. It was my first partial, which I made with a combination of malted wheat and unmalted wheat and extracts. The recipe is [topic="52361"]here[/topic].

The fermentation seemed to be going well, but recently it's become very slow, with only the occasional bubble from the airlock. The gravities were as follows:

Large Batch OG:1.046
Small Batch OG:1.05

15/3/11 smaller batch at 1.018
15/3/11 larger batch at 1.016

16/3/11 smaller batch at 1.018
16/3/11 larger batch at 1.016

17/3/11 smaller batch at 1.016
17/3/11 larger batch at 1.016

30/3/11 smaller batch at 1.015, still slowly bubbling
30/3/11 larger batch at 1.014, still slowly bubbling

Should I bottle and drink it quickly?

Any thoughts?

id rack it and cc for a few days, then bottle as per normal.
your FG is probably expected to be 1012-1016.

Its a wheat beer - no need to rack it - just bottle it and enjoy it young and fresh! Conditioning doesn't do this style any favors.
