Hi all, first post after a while lurking :)

Need some help regarding boil times and amounts for a wheat recipe Ive pulled from the forums.

What boil time do you recommend for this setup:

INGREDIENTS
1. 1 can of TC HEFFE
2. 1.5kg (can) of liquid wheat malt
3. 250g dry wheat malt
3. 30g coriander seeds cracked (boil)
4. 20g dried bitter orange rind (boil)
5. 500g torrefied wheat steeped in 4 litres 70 deg water for 30 mins
6. 3944 Belgian Witbier Yeast (Wyeast) or WLP400 (White Labs Belgian Wit)
7. 14g Fuggles hops @ 10 min
8. 14g East Kent Goldings hops @ 20 min
9. 2g Cumin seed (boil)

How much water and how much of the can should I put into the boil? What temp and how long? i was thinking 60mins, with the steeped tor wheat should I add the liquid to the boil or to the fv once done steeping.

Does this recipe look ok? I'll be swapping the yeast out for MJ20 due to my remote location, will be brewing in my fridge setup so ferm temp not an issu thinking 20c for a middle of the road temp. Don't want overboard clove or fruity esters.

Sorry if these issues have been addressed prior but I've had no luck searching.

All help appreciated !
