does any one have an extract wheat or honey wheat recipe
looking for a redback or beez neez

cheers

I don't have any clone recipes for those, but this is nice.

23L
2 x 1.5kg Coopers Wheat Malt Cans
0.4kg LDME
40g Noble Hop Flowers
WB06 Yeast

In a 5L pot, add 4L water and 0.4kg LDME, bring to boil and add hops (Saaz, Hallertau etc). Simmer for 60 minutes.

Add cans of goo to fermenter and pour hop boil through a sieve to remove hops.

Top up with cold water and add wheat yeast.

i did this as a redback clone, was a nice beer but not really red back

2 x tins coopers wheat
20g POR @60
10g POR @ 10
5g Saaz @ Flame out

Safale wb-06

12 days at 18 deg the crashed and cc for a week i think

Apparently POR and saaz are the correct hops
