English (S-04) vs American (US-05)

Hi All,

Anyone ever pitch both US-05 and S-04 together in a brew?

I've got a few packets of each of these that probably need to be used soon and am thinking of doing an amber ale and using 1 of each and fermenting at 18C.

Any experiences, any do's or don'ts, any beliefs etc??? Would one dominate the other? Should I use 2 of one with one of the other? All these questions are more.

I've had only a small experience with S-04, as I have mainly used US-05 for most of my home brewing career.
