Damn! Jealous of that Thistle!
Not bad for $10 hey? Was a nervous wait while it ran the Auspost gauntlet but they were packed very well. I've already explained to the wife that she's never to touch them!

Scored this small array of damn fine glassware for a good price off ebay. Can't believe there was only one bidder!

Oh, you're supposed to post pre-auction items in this thread? My bad.
OK not ebay but a nice score of Weihenstephan glasses from the local Red-Cross shop, $10.00.

Bah. Dan Murphy gift box specials if ever I've seen one!
I'd buy them for a tenner though. Nice score. Op shops are awesome for glassware.

They look like weizen glasses to me. Shame they'll never be used for the right beer at your house.
Shame!

True Les, I can't help myself as far as OP shop glassware goes. Perhaps a Munich Dunkel would suit?

Other than the step up converter, any downsides to this unit?
That's a pretty big downside in my book.

Smart decision. My lovely has broken two hygrometers, a glass from Montreal and my first ever brewing trophy.

Personally I'd like to see some more external linkage. Of course, this is just my preference, but it'd be great to go to a single site to get a good discussion forum and all my beer news needs at the same time.

So, yeah, that's what I voted for.

Vinds.
I take it as a rack full of glasses!!! That is a good score right there and there are enough racks to go around, shame they are in vic though bit of an adventure from Newcastle NSW!
