it doesn't actually say 'made by mad magazine' but if the limited edition 'only 150 bottles made' is ******** you should report it. it's illegal.

The way it is written, I believe you would have a hard time proving or disproving the number of bottles made. It says in the add, "Remember "Mad Magazine" ?? This is a limited edition Rasberry Wheat beer. Only 150 made. This is truely a collectors item." These comments could be seen to be individual comments, and not necessarily saying that this beer is in anyway connected to MAD magazine.

I could say the same sort of thing, remember the american civil war. up for sale is an old beer, only 62 made. Could be that I'm a Civil war buff, made a batch of beer a few years ago, and selling it, with a fancy label...now the illegal part, you can't sell the beer only the bottle, which is what the lister of the add is doing.

According to Beer and Brewer Magazine 3800 cases of 9 bottles were produced, just over 34000 bottles. Just a couple more than the quoted 150.

I Know, i've been using saflager @ 13deg, i guess thats why my beers taste great and not sexy.
