Easternats Been Canceled

easter nats in melbourne has been called off because,well bob jane is bob jane,but if we can get 40 plus entrants interested in going to heathcote we may still have a weekend of fun.if we can get 40+ entrants interested then heathcote is happy to open the track for the weekend.atm it is a burnout only event but if enough interest is shown then drags could be on the cards as well.this is important because in vic we are down to no serious street machine events if easternats goes there is nothing left.please show support by joining my cause at http://www.facebook.com/#!/group.php?g...275953887.there is no affiliation at all just want somewhere to go and have fun. if you are inerested in entering give the heathcote rsce way a call and let them know.

It sucks for uguys who play by the rules. It doesn't help ur cause when numbnuts hear the event is cancelled and then they go trash a bob Jane store which is a franchise and dome guys livelyhood.

^ depends on whose story you belive Bum and knowing what a prick bob jane can be I wouldnt be supprised if bob jane is the cause of easternats management cancelling the event

Bob Jane has nothing at all to do with the operations at Calder Park...hasn't done for quite a few years now! He has a management group that runs it for him and it was the talks between them and Jon Davisons crew where the negotiations fell down...

It was both of them that made it fall over, Jon Davisons crew wouldn't back down on demands, Calder Park management wouldn't agree to certain demands...

Blaming Bob Jane, or one side or the other just shows that people don't understand what it takes to negotiate complex agreements...accusations of "they" usually infer a corresponding "we".

What happened in Oakleigh was a disgrace!

Hopefully we will still have Springnats and other events and that they will not be canned due to this!

I'm Trying really hard not to stereotypically link the rev heads who are right into this scene, and the events that happened at Oakleigh, but it's a pretty tough ask. If they cancel any more of these hoon attracting events, they better word up the coppers ahead of time, and lock these deviants away. Not in any way-shape-or-form against such events, only the mentality associated wih those who partook or even just watched on as some franchisee had his store pillaged. Absolute nonsense.
