was doing some research on dry hopping with hop pellets...I've got 2 packets of hops stored in the fridge ( pride of ringwood and hallertau)...I've got plenty of coopers lager kits and tooheys special lager kits and one Czech pilsner kit...from my understanding only saaz hops should be used with pilsners...and hallertau hops can be used...any suggestions as to what hops I should use with the kits I've got?
