Decoction Demo

With the cooler weather here in Sydney, if anyone is doing a decoction mash over the next few weeks could you let me know as I'd like to see someone do it first before I attempt it. Reads fairly straight forward, however I'm sure there are a few little odds and ends which are only learnt through experience in doing them.

I was thinking of doing one next Monday. Haven't decided whether to work OT on my RDO or brew.

I have only ever done one before, and I coupled it with my first try at FWH only.

Made a Pilsener, if it's any good, it'll be my Xmas in July beer.
