Dapto Show Home Brew Competition

There is 6 catagories.
Lager/New
Pale Ale
Dark Ale/Old
Stout
Bitter/Pilsner
Any Other (Ginger beer, cider, etc)

2 bottles minimum size 375ml will be required in each catagory.
All bottles to be delivered to the Dapto Showground office by 4:30pm Tuesday 17th January 2012.
Judging will be from 5:30pm Friday 20th January
Cash prizes plus a trophy for the best overall exhibit.
Bottles can be collected after the show, see attachment for more details.

The competition is not registered with BJCP. We wiil have three experienced judges.
