Hi there,
I'm trying that cooper's wheat beer can again, this time with the exact recommended enhancer, nearly at the end of fermentation and it tastes amaising. But shall I add a few galaxy hops, as I still have some left over, to make the taste more flattering? Or shall I keep it original, even that I usually find the taste of commercial brews a little too cruisy..
I have modified the CMC I bottled earlyer with 15g of galaxy and I dont want all my beers to taste the same..
