G'day all.

Was looking at the Cooper's website recently and noticed a whole bunch of recipes that look quite simple for a beginner such as myself. Just wodering if anyone has tried some and if they are any good?

Cheers,

Phil,

I just checked out the recipes. Looks like none of them will rock your world, but neither will they turn it upside down.

They sound OK for at least a test batch, especially if they suit your skill level. I have made recipes from the Coopers Newsletter in the past. I think I have posted one on this site. Search for Traditional Pale Ale. If U can't find it, send me a pm. It's based on a Real Ale kit with brew sugar and some hops.

Cheers, and keep experimenting.

Testify. Brother Seth out :p

Cheers mate,

I'll try to find the recipe. I was thinking of doing the stouter stout one but might just add 1.5 kg of dme to the stout kit and see how it goes.

Keep brewing,

Phil.
